Job Description*

<p><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">You will join our Agtech team to enhance our capability to convert remote sensing data into decision support tools for our clients.</span>Your Responsibilities will include :&nbsp;</p><ul><li> &nbsp;- Conduct R&amp;D and help in productization of remote sensing related projects</li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">&nbsp; - Analyze remote sensing and other spatial datasets, including multispectral and SAR satellite imagery, weather and soil data and ground truth data </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Data engineering to convert raw data into usable datasets </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Develop new and apply known for the analysis of the remote sensing data, developing scalable algorithms for estimation and prediction of crop performance, crop stress, crop nutrient status, and crop type mapping </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Contribute to overall product strategy of the agtech team team </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Daily collaborate with the engineering and product team to bring science prototypes to production for user testing and validation </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Rapid iteration and agile approaches to solution development </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Work on real-time data in a timely fashion </span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Train and build</span><span class="WbZuDe" style="display: inline; color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;"> a team of engineers

Technical Requirements :

- Work experience as a Team Lead&nbsp; &nbsp; - Planet&nbsp;</span></li><li><span class="WbZuDe" style="display: inline; color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;"> &nbsp;- Team spirit and good communication abilities </span></li><li><span class="WbZuDe" style="display: inline; color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Good organizational skills </span></li><li><span class="WbZuDe" style="display: inline; color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Familiarity with Python and relevant remote sensing/GIS libraries and software tools </span></li><li><span class="WbZuDe" style="display: inline; color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-line;">- Familiarity with grassroots agriculture operations will be strong plus
