Job Description*

We are seeking a skilled and certified Drone Surveyor (UAV Pilot) to conduct aerial surveys, mapping, and data collection for infrastructure, land development, construction, irrigation, mining, and road projects. The candidate will be responsible for flight planning, drone operations, data acquisition, processing, and generation of survey outputs such as orthomosaics, contours, DEM, a<span jsname="ij8cu" class="ejCXj" id="tsuid_5ZFDatyvE_zuseMP--CQiQg_7" aria-live="polite" style="overflow: hidden; line-height: 22px; color: rgb(71, 71, 71); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">nd 3D models.<span jsname="ij8cu" class="ejCXj" id="tsuid_5ZFDatyvE_zuseMP--CQiQg_7" aria-live="polite" style="overflow: hidden; line-height: 22px; color: rgb(71, 71, 71); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;"> • Conduct drone-based aerial surveys for topographic mapping and site analysis. • Perform pre-flight planning, flight path design, and mission execution. • Operate RTK/PPK–enabled drones for high-accuracy surveys. • Collect high-resolution aerial imagery and LiDAR data (if applicable). • Process survey data using software such as Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Agisoft Metashape, AutoCAD / Civil 3D. • Generate orthomosaics, DEM, DSM, contour maps, and 3D terrain models. • Ensure compliance with DGCA drone regulations. • Maintain drone equipment, batteries, and accessories. • Coordinate with survey team, GIS analysts, and project engineers. • Prepare survey reports and submit deliverables within deadlines. Required Qualifications • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Geomatics / Surveying / GIS. • DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) Mandatory (India). • Valid drone pilot license. • Knowledge of GPS, Total Station, and Ground Control Points (GCP). • Experience in RTK/PPK drone surveys. Skills Required • Strong understanding of topographic survey principles. • Knowledge of coordinate systems and projections. • Experience in CAD and GIS software. • Data processing and report preparation skills. • Ability to work on remote project sites. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
