Job Description*

Key Responsibilities:<ul style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size: medium;"><li>Coordinate with client and implementation team to identify data migration requirements </li><li>Analize limitations/gaps between legacy client systems and First Due data fields </li><li>Import legacy data provided by clients from a variety of sources (SQL backup files, CSV spreadsheets, TXT files, XML files) </li><li>Restore SQL backup databases to pull legacy data from tables </li><li>Maintain communication with all stakeholders internal and external </li><li>Serve as a technical resource internally and with clients </li><li>Provide guidance to the database team </li><li>Inspect imported data for integrity</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-size: medium;"><li>Experience explaining technical processes in simple terms </li><li>Experience in writing SQL statements from scratch </li><li>Experience with authoring SQL queries that pull from multiple tables </li><li>Basic to intermediate understanding of structured data </li><li>Basic to intermediate understanding of relational data structures (databases) </li><li>Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel </li><li>Basic to intermediate understanding of delimited data files, structured data files, and file transport methods </li><li>Demonstrable organizational and time management skills </li><li>Some knowledge of the Fire/EMS industry (nice to have) </li><li>Basic to intermediate understanding of GIS components (nice to have)</li></ul>
